Personal Training

(Intensity depends on student)

 

Personal training is the best way to maximize your workout and further your understanding of kickboxing techniques.  Robert Hymans is the instructor and currently holds 2 kickboxing titles in Canada and has been coaching for many years.  You will not only have an incredible workout but you will also be given advice on diet and nutrition.

Kids Classes

(Self-defense focused)

 

Your kids will have a great time with Coach Rob while learning the basics of kickboxing and getting some fantastic exercise.  Traditional martial arts have strict, low energy classes which can sometimes have kids dreading the next class.  Rob's kickboxing classes however, are high energy and lots of fun.  Your children will get to punch and kick pads each time they attend.  Every class has important self-defense lessons that every child should learn. Classes will be added depending on ages and the number of students.

Adult Classes

(Cardio and technique focused)

 

These classes are designed for anyone over the age of 16.  These lessons focus more on cardio and kickboxing techniques rather than muscle gains and competition.  Cardio Kickboxing is a fun way to lose weight and gain knowledge in kickboxing techniques.
